Mom’s Banchan – Seasoned Dried Korean Radish (무말랭이)
Traditional Korean-style seasoned dried radish, made using sun-dried Korean radish and bold, savoury seasoning. This classic banchan offers a chewy texture with a balance of spicy, salty, and slightly sweet flavours, making it a versatile side dish enjoyed across Korean households.

Directions for Use

I really enjoyed the Korean flavour of the ginger dried radish. Just spicy enough and reminiscent of the banchan my Korean friends made on Jejudo.
I have to cut it very fine to eat, since it's quite tough and I have a sensitive tooth or two. But the taste is excellent. 😃👍
To be honest, I dont know how to use it but wanted to try it. I still have to research and try it. The kimchi however is 100% my favourite so far! Best!
