Mom’s Kimchi – Fresh Mustard Leaf Kimchi (갓김치)
Fresh, Korean-style mustard leaf kimchi, prepared using traditional seasoning and served unfermented for a crisp texture and bright, bold flavour. This allows customers to enjoy kimchi fresh or ferment it further at home according to their preference.

Mustard leaf, Korean Radish, Onion, Korean Red Chili Flakes (Gochugaru), Garlic, Ginger, Salt, Sugar, Miwon (Flavour Enhancer), Vegetable Broth (Onion, Spring Onion, Korean Radish, Apple), Oyster Sauce and Fish Sauce.
